An update on the resumption of club activities on Monday, January 17th, 2022 from Mr. Quan, as of Saturday 15th at 4pm:
1) All Club and Council activities will switch to a virtual format for the time being. This includes all clubs and councils that declared as "in-person" at the beginning of the year. Google Meet and Zoom can be used as platforms to hold meetings - if you would like help setting this up, feel free to reach out to Mr. Quan or any member of Student Council. Also note that if you are planning to hold a meeting virtually, there can be no simultaneous physical congregating of members.
2) The continuation of any club and council activities is strictly up to the decision of the staff advisor. This return to in-person learning is another round of unprecedented uncertainty and its impact on teachers is individual and private. If staff advisors choose to put their club or council supervision duties on a pause, please respect this decision.
