Club/Council Registration

Hey MAC!

The club registration form for 2022-2023 is now open!

If you are president of an existing club or interested in starting a new club, please fill out the form named “Club Registration Form 2022-2023”.
If you do not currently have a staff supervisor, please fill out the “Seeking Staff Advisor Form 2022-2023” instead, and we will contact you through email afterwards.

This form MUST be submitted and approved BEFORE club activities can begin, and will stay open throughout the school year.
